Nevermind, I figured it out. In order to add an image you have to use the "Image" Block on the Content Plug in. If you drag and drop the image block to the campaign you will then be able to upload the image. Hope this helps someone else.

I'm having this same issue with the drag and drop feature in Email Marketing.Did you ever find the solution?
