Accurate sales data shouldn't need to be a "feature request". I cannot believe I am the first person to notice this, all customers probably assume the reporting is correct as I have.

My Toast onboarding person destroyed our entire menu. I had the best setup in Aloha and wanted to mimic. After weeks of service calls, I finally got connected with someone else that worked for Toast that actually understood real life setup.
