Hi,we are having an issue where tickets come up and then disappear from the expo screens and appear green on the front end display which makes it look as if the order has been completed, although it has not.The ticket display is correct on the device...

I have set discounts for Military and First Responders but they are not showing up on the POS despite being enabled and visible etc. Has anyone else had this issue?

I am trying to enable the Stay Hold and Fire buttons on my POS and they are not showing up. I have enabled all three and saved and published but they are still not visible. Any suggestions?

So we finally got the buttons to work.Under UI Options we had to set the Orders Send Only After Check is Paid Button to No then the Hold, Send and Stay Buttons Showed up!! Finally Success!!

Hi Lorich82,I have not had that issue, but we have also not had that particular scenario come up yet. I do have to say that I am not entirely satisfied with the responses as none of the buttons are showing up still
