I was adding all the employees into the system as we are newly switching from Micros to Toast. It automatically changes setting to yes at top to send invite for access. I only wanted this yes for management not staff. However, for 3 servers, I must have not switched to no. I tried archiving and recreating but it still sends invite and uses where they switched their first names to their nicknames and doesn't let me change anything on their accounts since they have created an account. Is there a way to remove this access from them and make them like all the rest?
