Archiving Location Group with References

Hi everyone!

Has anyone found an effective way to archive location groups that are still tied to references? I've already reviewed our item database and confirmed that no items are currently targeted to the group. However, when I attempt to archive the group, it indicates there are still 63 location-specific pricing references. Despite checking every item, including archived ones, I’m unable to locate these references. I also looked through the price editor and no luck! I reached out to Toast support, and they were not able to help. 

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Just to confirm, have you completed the following steps and are still getting the message that there are 63 location-specific pricing references? 

- Double-check all configurations in Toast Web to ensure the group is not set as a target or owner.
- Use the failure notification links to identify specific configurations that reference the location group.

While we are waiting for any more workarounds from the community, could you give me your case number also?

Thanks so much for the reply!

The location specific pricing did not have a link, but it also shows 3 job references but I am not able to locate the 3 references.  This group is not a target/owner of any jobs.  

The agent was able to assist with archiving a different group with a similar issue, however not with this current group. The case number is 13324625.
