Asking staff to balance their drawer to the Shift Review Report

We are a neighborhood bar.  My staff is required to balance their cash drawer at the end of the shift, removing cash from the drawer to cover their CC tips.  I'm not seeing a line on the Shift Review Summary where the NET SALES (cash taken in minus CC tips taken out) is displayed.

Would be under sales & tax summary, if you are not seeing it, it may be turned off. Look at the shift review report settings https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/end-of-day/shift-review-report
