I've posted about this in the past, along with others who have realized. My fear is for the restaurants who don't realize this yet and are losing big time. There is a big issue with the Integration between Toast and Uber Eats, where orders will be accepted by the POS automatically, made by the kitchen, and never picked up. Upon checking the order results, its marked as "missed" by Uber Eats, and us, the restaurant, are not paid out. This happens FREQUENTLY. There is zero way to know which order this will happen to, and it's becoming a huge issue, especially when doing large volume on Uber Eats.
Toast, please help in getting this figured out with Uber Eats ASAP, and let us know how we can get reimbursed, because Uber Eats sure won't do it. Please see photos below of an example of this issue --

@Rob , I would highly recommend having anyone who's looking into this to check how "scheduled orders" from Uber Eats are being automatically accepted by the POS. From what I've heard, they need to be accepted twice, which may not be happening in the integration. Just a thought...
