both my business partner and I can log into toast but not toast payroll

Hi there good morning. we both can log into toast but it seems we cant on the payroll side. we had a manager who quit and i can log in under his name but I cant access anything i need to access. did we not set up right?

You might need to update your login credentials for Toast Payroll. Here are some steps you can take:
 

• Can't Login to Toast Payroll
  - If you have forgotten or misplaced your email address, contact your manager or payroll administrator to retrieve it.
  - If you need to reset your password, go to the login screen, enter your email address, and select Next. Then, click on the Forgot password? Link to start the password reset process. An email will be sent to guide you through resetting your password.
• Manager permissions
  - If you cannot access Payroll to adjust the Manager's permissions to access what you need, you will need to contact Toast Payroll for help.
