Correct Accrual for Sick Time in Colorado

Hi.  Was wondering if there were any Colorado restaurants out there using Toast Payroll that can confirm that it is accruing the sick time correctly per the Colorado statute.  I have found in other payroll systems that the accrual doesn't stop at 48 hours and it keeps going.  Want to confirm, that It stops accruing at 48hours (even if there is roll over), and that the maximum allowed time used per year is 48 hours.

Salaried employee sick time accrual is based on the work week set in Toast Payroll. If you are unsure if it is accruing properly, you should contact Toast Payroll for help and give them the specifics around your concern with Colorado restaurants. Finding it to be wrong/unlawful in Minneapolis, Minnesota, too. Also misled during Toast Payroll onboarding and Toast Payroll Managers (Kino) have been neglectful on the issue.
