Invoice not in bank account

Good Morning,We are currently still in Test mode but we sent an invoice for an upcoming event and the customer paid it on Tuesday but it has not gone into our bank account.  Do we have to be live to receive the money?

Toast Delivery fees

Is there a way to pass the cost of the 6.99 delivery fee onto the customer? It makes no sense to charge the restaurant that cost. We should be able to pass the cost to the guest. Choose the convenience they should pay for the fee!!!
