Hi. Was wondering if there were any Colorado restaurants out there using Toast Payroll that can confirm that it is accruing the sick time correctly per the Colorado statute. I have found in other payroll systems that the accrual doesn't stop at 48 hours and it keeps going. Want to confirm, that It stops accruing at 48hours (even if there is roll over), and that the maximum allowed time used per year is 48 hours.

If you are unsure if it is accruing properly, you should contact Toast Payroll for help and give them the specifics around your concern with Colorado restaurants.
