Created an FB Page for Power Users of Toast POS

New FaceBook Group Created:

Toast POS - Power User Group

This group was created because I am wasting a lot of time calling Toast POS support, and being put into a basic support phone tree. I know the Toast System quite well and sometimes just need a quick call to get me through a certain something to help my customer. Asking me if I power cycled the unit or refreshed data is a waste of time.

Whether what I need is some information on something new or something has just come down and a new update. Toast POS Support does not recognize a power user and admin of many Toast systems. In my geographic area, I manage many of these systems and have helped to sell the systems as I am near to the company and can offer support.

I have created this FB group so that other admin‘s like myself can find a quick answer or two without wasting a bunch of time on the phone. Time is money and I, personally, do not want to charge my customer to sit on the phone answering basic questions to the tech support agent that I am routed too. 

 

I invite people from Toast to be a contributor to this Facebook group so that they could help us out as well. may help Toast limit the number of tech support calls they receive. 

 

I know Toast has support to help the customer directly, but many Toast user companies have persons like myself to help them with any IT related tasks so that they can focus on their core business.
