hi there,

i am just wondering if we can get these credit card reports in excel format instead of pdf. It would be really nice to download the excel report in consolidated format instead of individual locations. I am new to toast.

No, not a great solution but if you happen to have adobe acrobat pro, you can save pdf as excel format, that is a lot of reports  but you could use a guided actions in acrobat to automate the process, would still have to download all the pdf's one at a time though.

What are the numbers you need to be in the report? Just the total balance from each location or you also need other numbers such as daily payment, refund, or fees?
