To see labor cost % of net sales requires access to permission 4.10, and this gives access to compensation information. Our operations managers should not have access to this, but do need to know what the labor for the current day looks like. Toast bot recommends access to 4.1 Sales and 4.3 Labor for them to see, but it does not provide labor numbers.
Anyone have a workaround?
Is Toast expecting to address this?
*Edit* Looking into it further, access to Labor cost breakdown would be exactly what they use to distinguish FOH from BOH.
