We currently use a paging system and when a server is hired they're assigned a pager number. To make it easier in the Kitchen we include their pager number in their name. EX: 15 Sarah - it works great.
However, when their pager breaks and we assign them a new number so say from 15 to 16 Sarah I change their name under Employees-->Personal Info. It mostly updates but randomly it will show on the Kitchen ticket their old number anyone have any experience with this?
I don't have the 8 hours it'll take to try to explain to customer service for them to not fix it. 😃

Resyncing all data will usually fix issues like this.
