On JOBS, I have an employee who is a Shift Leader so I want him to have access to voiding items, tickets, etc, as in manager mode for the other servers on duty, BUT... I don't want him having access to voiding his own personal tickets, etc. How can I set that up? I'd love to have talked to Toast about this but their one on one customer service really sux. I am still on hold with India right now, after emailing in a service call. Love the POS, hate the customer care.

I don't think it is possible to set it up the specific way you ask. Even if you could, an employee with void permission could use someone's code to ring up an order and then void it. it is up to manager/business owner to constantly review void report for any suspicious activity.
I personally have found contacting toast support through Toast Now app is much easier and efficient than calling. If you haven't downloaded the app on your phone, I highly recommend it! 😃
