We utilize a third party vendor to import new hire employee records into Toast via the API. Our managers must then edit the Toast employee record and select 'Enable POS access code login at this location' on the Basic tab and assign a passcode so the employee may clock in and use the POS. This has worked flawlessly for over a year until the past 48 hours. Now our managers no longer see the option to 'Enable POS access code login at this location'. I confirmed the issue with a test account. All managers have the following permissions assigned which should allow access, 4.9 - Employee Info, 4.10 - Employee Jobs & Wages, & 8.2 - User Permissions. Looking to see if anyone has experienced this and has a suggestion for a fix. Thanks in advance!

Working with Toast Support, we determined the following permissions must be assigned to allow 'Enable POS access code login at this location' when employee records are pushed to Toast via the API.
