So as I am entering in employees to assign them their employee numbers so they can access Toast, I forgot to toggle over the option for NOT inviting them to make a toast account. How do I fix it? I have been over the whole employee section and i cannot for the ever-living life of me find a way to change it or delete the employee and re-enter it.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!

Hello, thanks for reaching out to the community! The following instructions should help you, also check out the link for more info!
1. Navigate to ***EmployeesEmployee managementEmployees***.
2. Locate the employee's profile and select their ***last name hyperlink***.
3. Select the ***Profile*** tab.
4. Note down the **POS access code** the employee is using. Then update their **Email** to a fake address and update their **POS access code** to a fake number. This allows the employee to use the same POS access code once the remaining steps are complete.
5. Select ***Save***.
6. Go back to ***EmployeesEmployee managementEmployees*** and select the ***archive icon*** (the box with a down arrow).
7. Select ***+ Add New Employee*** and recreate the employee's profile. **Do not toggle Invite to create account to Yes**. Enter the same POS access code you noted earlier.
8. Once you've selected ***Add***, you're all set. If you use Toast Payroll, ensure the profile mapping for this employee is correct to sync timesheets and tips to Toast Payroll.
