Use case
In our retail store, restaurants and other shops sometimes want to open wholesale accounts. We’d like built-in tools to manage those relationships inside Toast.
What we’re asking for
Wholesale customer profiles: Create and manage wholesale customers (and customer groups).
Dedicated wholesale price lists: Assign specific price lists to individual customers or groups.
Item eligibility toggle: Mark items as wholesale-available (on/off) so only eligible products show up for wholesale ordering.
(Nice-to-have, if feasible):
Order minimums & case/pack sizes
Payment terms (net 15/30), tax-exempt flags
Simple wholesale ordering flow (POS or handheld)
Invoicing and basic wholesale reporting
Why it matters
Avoids manual spreadsheets, keeps inventory and sales consistent, and ensures consistent pricing and product eligibility per account.
