Guest Feedback / Credits

I'm finding the process for resolving customer issues rather clunky when I'm not at the restaurant. The Feedback Inbox requires numerous additional steps to research issues and I have no way to add Credits for my customers online.
 
ORDER DETAILS: It would be handy if the Check link just popped up with the Check Details. Instead it takes me to the Search for Ticket screen, but the Feedback Inbox only shows a Check Number and the Comment Date NOT the Order Date. So I have to look up the customer, search their order history, then go to the ticket lookup screen to see the details of the order and then switch back to the Feedback Inbox to resolve the issue.
 
CUSTOMER CREDITS: I'm not sure why there is no way to add Credits to customer accounts from the ToastTab web interface. I'm here at home checking feedback from customers, sending them messages and trying to resolve issues, but then I have to contact someone at the restaurant in order to add Credits and even then, that's only if it's during open hours.

Unfortunately, there's no simpler built-in way to quickly pull up a customer's full order details beyond the method you mentioned. What works well for me is keeping multiple Toast Web tabs open in advance such as Guestbook, Rewards lookup , and Order lookup / history. This lets you switch between them instantly without reload delays, making it much faster to cross-reference info.

As for the customer credit, use the bluestacks emulator to run toast app on your home PC. You can perform most of the functions just like a regular POS including issuing customer credits.  You can find more information on Bluestacks in this article https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Bluestacks-Download-Guide?language=en_US
