QR Code Feedback- Troubleshooting

I turned on a setting to show QR code for feedback on printed receipts, but they are not printing on the receipts. anyone have this QR code printing on receipts? I also noticed when a guest scans a QR code to leave feedback I don't get a notification that feedback was received. I do get notifications from feedback on digital receipts.

Thanks for reaching out to the Toast Community! It might take a few hours, or even up to a day, for the QR codes to start printing. You could try to force close the app, do a log cycle, and restart the POS.

Also, make sure all steps below are followed to show the QR code for feedback on receipts. 
1. Select Yes for the Survey Code on Receipts setting.
2. Contact your third-party survey provider to accept and decode the 15-digit code for use in their system. Currently, Toast's 15-digit code is accepted by ClearVision.

Hi Rob, Thanks for your response. 

I dont have a third party survey provider. I see an option on receipt set up to set up QR code feedback(see attached picture) I was under the assumption it would show the QR code from the toast feedback. (see attached). Also wondering why I dont get notification alerts when customer scans QR code for toast feedback?

The only other thing that might work is reversing the instructions found here. 
Remove QR Code From Receipts

If that still doesn't work, it could be helpful to reach out to support!
