We give away gift cards as prizes for certain events. I have preloaded them into my toast system as Active Gift cards with balances. Since they are a prize, we are allowed to put an expiration date on them. How do I go about deleting old prize gift cards? Do I delete the card? Void the card? Make it inactive? Adjust the balance to $0?
