I'm curious if anyone has found a workaround for marking off food items when they are individually ran to a table. Meaning, once the order is fulfilled and put in the window, they turn green. However, if we have a large parties and are running out items there is no way to mark those items off as no longer in the window, therefore causes confusion if someone's not always in the window expediting. Right now our workaround is printing up a ticket and manually crossing off each item as we run it to the table. It seems silly that there can't be a second fulfillment for running food. Like maybe when you click on the food item after it's been fulfilled by the kitchen and it's being taken to the table, maybe there could be a line strike through it on the screen so when someone comes up behind you they know that those items have been taken to the table. Makes sense?
I would consider this a super important feature and would be an amazing improvement.
