1. How long food or drinks are on the pass after they have been fulfilled by the prep station and before they are taken/fufilled by the wait staff.
2. how to look at average wait times of the expediter on the bar and the kitchen separately
3. how to put average fulfilment times as a priority on the manager app and general reports. This is essential to knowing how the locations are performing.
