New Hire Dashboard Update

Why was the INITIALIZE NEW HIRE  section of the onboarding dashboard removed?  This was a great place for me to make sure my managers were onboarding correctly. I was able to do a super quick review of their data entry.  Now I have to leave the dashboard, go into the new hire's profile, review their position and make any edits from the positions page.  All this did was add a bunch of unnecessary steps.
