I started a support case over a week ago (June 27). Case # 14869672. After hours on chat with different reps for days, it was finally kicked up to some kind of higher tier support on July 1. I had a phone call with an agent named Breal Wells-Taylor.
Any time I click on the link of her name to try to get in touch with her, I get this error: "Whoops! 404. Sorry, the page you were looking for at this URL was not found."
On that July 1 phone call with Breal, I needed to wait until after-hours to push some menu changes, so we agreed to a follow-up the next day. She was supposed to email me. I have not heard back since. It is now July 8. I have checked my Care Case every day and there is no communication. I added some more questions in the Customer Comment field with screenshots, but no one has replied. If I click the link on the support agent's name, Toast says it's a broken link. There's no email provided.
Since I've been working on this issue for so long, I do not want to start all over again with support triage. My case is complex as it has problems with menus, permissions, location groups, and integrations.
