I missed processing payroll and now am not able to see the completed payroll. It only needs to be submitted at this time. How do I find the past payroll that did not get fully processed?

Thank you for contacting the community! Please note that only one payroll per pay group can be displayed at any given time. Instead of running an off-cycle payroll for this reason, we recommend reaching out to Customer Care through the ***blue dot*** located in the lower-right corner of any Toast Payroll page. They can assist you in bringing the past payroll back onto the Pay Cycle Dashboard.
