Positive Experience with Toast Customer Care.

All.

Its Sunday. In Michigan. Am I watching the game? Nope. Covering a shift for a manager. Slingin’ the best Nashville style chicken in Michigan.

 Anyways.

Had an issue. Wasn’t that important. No Chat on the weekends? No problem. Placed a ticket, figured I would hear back in a couple days. To my surprise and excitement, I got a call less than 15 minutes later. My issue was resolved promptly and with hospitality.  Nice work toast. I know its been tough sledding the last three years. This is noticeable improvement and should be celebrated.

I even had the opportunity to confirm my case was closed, via email.

From what I have found is although the service team may not be knoweledgable enough, for the most part they try their hardest to help or point you in the general direction. I have rarely found a memeber that is not willing to try their best.
