Report: Monthly Revenu by Revenue Center

Hi - I am trying to view sales, month by month, for a specific revenue center (in this case it's for a seperate space that we have operated as an all day cafe within our larger space. 

I can't seem to find a way to see the sales over time for this specific subset and can't find a simple explanation anywhere. 

Any advice is appreciated.  @Rob perhaps you know the best way to create this report?

On sales report you can set the sales breakdown filter like this

If you are looking for it to break it down to each month without manually changing the date, there isn't a way to do that at this time.
