sales summaries

The Sales Summaries are showing all zeroes. I have chosen different days and locations and they  are all zero. I need to get this ASAP.

Thanks for reaching out to Toast Community! There’s no current outage related to Sales Summaries you can try the following steps but contacting support is recommended. If you have already contacted support you can reply with your case number and I can dig deeper on this! 

  • Verify the correct location and date range.
  • Confirm all sold items have assigned Sales Categories.
  •  Ensure network connectivity is stable and offline batches are uploaded.
  • Recheck user permissions for report access.
