Toast Customer Service is Trash

I came in today to find that our POS is locked in test mode. I have hit disable test mode on every device and it states that Toast needs to activate our restaurant. We've had toast for 6 years. Trying to get customer support to take this seriously has been a nightmare. They keep having me do the same thing and 8 hours later they left me with a service ticket request. What if my business had been open for service today!? We'd have been shut down due to a POS that won't let us open the till or take payment. I have never been so disappointed in toast and the incredible barrier they put in place to get actual assistance with emergencies. Needless to say Toast has 24 hrs to resolve this or I am changing providers because quite frankly, we have to. I can't take payment and nobody is fixing the problem. I'd also accept a phone call from our area rep because honestly, service has been absolutely unacceptable. I don't get to be shut down over POS issues.
