Toast added on a delivery service charge of 1.75 for order greater than 6 miles away. They did this automatically without our permission or knowledge. A couple months ago a customer alerted me to this and I took steps with toast and they showed me how to remove it. I did so at both of my locations. I saved changes and published.
I just had to look up a delivery order ticket and it's on there AGAIN.
I removed it AGAIN because I do not want my customers charged extra!
This discussion post is just to give everyone a heads up that if you don't want your customers charged extra for delivery services go in and change it.
Service charges > uncheckmark delivery > click on 3 dots on the right > archive > save > publish
