Toast Retail: Performance Tab on the Item Page is misreporting sales

Hi All,
For those using Toast Retail, has anyone had issues with the reporting accuracy on the Item details page in the Retail module? In checking our actual sales data, we are seeing a descrepency between the data here and the data in the  Sales Reports. 

Curious is anyone from Toast wants to weigh in here?

Thanks for reaching out! This is a common question as Item Details, Sales & COGS, and PMIX use different inputs/definitions. Below are some steps to try to troubleshoot. Let me know if I can help further!  

• First check that the date range, location, grouping level, and “Calculate by” (Landed vs Base) match.
• Then verify recent receives/historical adjustments (these create lots and change COGS after overnight processing), confirm the item’s Track Quantity is on/not archived, and compare raw exports (Sales & COGS CSV vs Item Details inventory history). If those checks don’t reconcile it, export both CSVs and open a Support ticket with Retail with the item name, date range, screenshots, and the CSVs for more help!
