Anyone else have a horrible experience with the loyalty transaction and loyalty member pages? We have around 30,000 rewards members across 5 locations and it takes forever, if it does at all, to come up with loyalty accounts. It's incredibly frustrating to use when you sit there staring at the buffering screen. As I'm typing, I've been waiting 5 minutes to gather 6 month data on ONE location. Timewise it doesn't make sense to go month to month for an entire year for 5 locations. It seems they rolled the feature out and never ever touched it again. With the new updates for visit-based loyalty, I think the entire loyalty suite should be looked into.
