Hello Chris,

My name is Marc Dunham and I am the owner of NASHBIRD in OKC.  I have found it challenging to keep up with all of the new features and integrations because there is no communication prior to them rolling out, or at least I'm not on any list.

Many times, there are updates (like the google order feature) that come out and my sales rep or other team members I have been assigned didn't know about themselves.  That happened recently and it's happened more than once.

Is there a way to create an email blast to current customers that summarizes what new features are coming out within a quarter before they are released so that we can plan ahead on whether or not we can utilize them?  

I had online ordering as a module but canceled it because I rolled out an app.  The day after I canceled, the new google order was announced and stated that it worked with the online ordering module. I probably wouldn't have canceled that module had I known.

To summarize, I think y'all could do a better job at communication with your current customers on features/integrations etc.

Also release notes are here https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Release-Notes but this should also come in an email, though I never seem to get it so I just go there when there is an update.

As far as the google ordering I don't think they are trying to promote too much yet since it is still kind or new and I don't think everyone has access yet, and still needs some kinks worked out.
