So we are having an issue with online orders and the tips disappearing. When the guest picks up the order, and the team member goes to close the check out, they try to transfer the check to their account, but Toast won't let them. It gives an error message of "sorry, you cannot make updates to orders from this online ordering provider". This is an issue, because the tip is left hanging without being claimed by a server/bartender.
