Using handheld on home wifi

Good evening everyone. My name is Brad and i am the owner of a food truck. My wife and I are still new to the system and getting things off of the ground. Our first day out with the system was over the weekend and things ran pretty smooth. We were able to make updates on the fly to make a few corrections.  Now with that said, we also offer catering as well and sell our meat by the pound on and off of the truck. Is there way to use the system to accept cash payments via the Handheld  over a home network vs having to be connected to the Toast secure network if we do not take a card for that particular transaction? or is there any way to have an emulation of your toast system you can pull up? You can use it outside of the secure network, and cash payments are still allowed. If you use printers they will not work obviously and you may get print failure popups if you have menu items routed to kitchen printers.
