Hi there! New to Toast and trying to figure things out! We run a small bakery. Is there anyway to allow our wholesale clients to order through a separate “portal” or portion of the app? The pricing for our wholesale clients is obviously different from our retail pricing. Any insight here would be so helpful, thank you!

Not really, technically you could have another online ordering URL but it is essentially adding another business to do it, and there would be no way to restrict ordering to wholesale customers only like a login or something. Maybe look into a b2b wholesale online ordering platform to receive the orders, and then you could leverage the invoicing feature of toast for entering orders and billing the customers? But there is no complete wholesale integration with toast that I know of at this time at least.

You can use Customer Invoicing, Even have a separate Company name on the invoices. You Can have a menu not viewable anywhere else and you can bill the before or after.

How do you have a menu that is not viewable anywhere else?

In the menu editor, every menu has visibility settings, you would uncheck all if you didn't want it to show up anywhere.
