Employee can't get into our system

We have a new server who we can't get access to on toast since they worked a previous job with Toast under a different number, so we need him to be deleted so we can create a new profile for him.

Hey, @claire93 , you will need to contact support for this. From there, they should be able to search and delete the employee's information! Alternatively, you can create his account using a different email and number.
