We are getting ready to onboard. I have a "VIP" Club of about 5,000 members that I have collected emails for, not phone numbers.
Should i send those members suggestions to add their phone number to their account (would the system even happily merge this info? )
Do I make loyalty a totally separate gig all together? Just have loyalty club with phone numbers - and emails for other announcements?
It hurts my head to think of the best way to merge all this info. Any suggestions from someone who has been through it?
