Hey guys, I own a high volume take out restaurant. When a customer walks in to pickup an order that was placed over the phone and they want to apply that order to their loyalty program, at what point of the transaction is this done?
Should we be asking for their phone# when we start the order over the phone? I usually just take a name and enter it in Quick Order under tab name, I don't see a place for a phone number.
If only phone numbers are being collected to sign up, how do we also obtain their email address?
