Hi All!
We have a two level restaurant. First level is self serve counter service 2nd level is full service with wait staff and bar.
We have two kitchen printers. One with green paper and the other printer has white to help with directing food.
The food menus are the same on each level.
How do we best set up TOAST so that the 2 POS stations on 1st floor counter service
send their tickets to Kitchen Printer 1.
And all POS stations on the 2nd floor send all of their tickets to Kitchen Printer 2
I thank all ahead of time for any help!

If you're strictly talking about prep station tickets (as opposed to expediter tickets), then I think you might be able to utilize a combination of (1) separate service areas (or dining options) for each floor, and (2) item routing rules for those service areas (or dining options).
Whether you go the service areas or dining options route, each terminal can have a default service area or dining option assigned to it in device setup. One example of how you can configure routing rules is having all items assigned to the prep station for Printer 2, then set up a rule stating that if the service area is the 1st floor, reroute those items to the prep station for Printer 1.

I hope I'm understanding your issue correctly!
