Hello All, We just discovered that someone at Uber Eats changed our bank account information and our payments have been routed to some bank in New York! Anyone else have this issue and how did y'all resolve it? I have alerted Uber Eats to the problem, but their call center is not helpful and the only way we can communicate with them is through email. We shut our account down on Friday, but there seems to be no sense of urgency with them to help us!!

Your account might have been compromised by scammers/hackers. I guess UberEats already knows the issue and sent out emails months ago asking merchants to enable multi-factor authentication for enhanced security. I would suggest to try to reach out to your account manager to see what can be done in your situation.
