Banning problem guests.

I know I saw it brought up a while back. How can I ban a delivery customer from ordering? Unfortunately, we have had a few people we ask not to order, but still keep em coming. Thanks in advance!

Thank you so much for your question! While we currently don’t have a built-in option to block guests, our support team is here to help with that. If you reach out and request an “Online Ordering Block,” they’ll assist you with the process. Just provide as much of the information below as you can, and they’ll take it from there! 

  • Guest email addresses used to place the orders
  • Guest phone number(s) (if available)
  • Last 4 digits of the card used *Note we cannot block a specific card, but this detail helps us locate the exact orders.
  • Delivery address used
  • Order dates and times

Would the guest be able to create a new email address and order? If restaurants have the tools to block the offender it would be better. We know our customers and addresses. 

They could create a new email address and order, yes, but right now we don't offer any tools for the restaurant to block offenders at this time.
