Customizing Guest Receipt

Hello,

I help run a small retail shop, and we are just starting to use Toast. We would like to change the word 'Server' on the guest receipt to say 'Cashier' and change the word 'Rrdered' to say 'purchased'. Is this possible? 

I looked through all the customizable options under Guest Receipt Setup, and couldn't find anything.

That information seems to be hard-coded from the Restaurant-centric vernacular.

If they could draw that Button title from a Job name this would solve for any naming convention.

Thank you so much for your inquiry! While I can't share a timeline just yet, I was able to confirm with the product team that this is on the radar for a solution. There are some planned updates that align with receipts, so we could see an update here, but I wasnt able to get an exact timeline yet!
