Employee Tips

We currently use “Tips manager” to help with pooling tips and allowing me to transfer tips for payroll, but is there a place where my employees can view their daily tips allocations on Toast POS before they receive their paychecks, without me posting in a different place? 

Any help is appreciated!

Hey @RFVineyards If you are not using Toast pay card, unfortunately, this is not possible.

Employees without access to ToastWeb reports would only be able to see these on their paystubs after payroll is run. If an employee has access to ToastWeb reporting, then they can see a report with these details (Tip Management) but is not widely available to employees who don't have ToastWeb permissions.

A quick note, the Tip Management report that displays tip amounts in ToastWeb can be downloaded as a CSV spreadsheet and shared amongst employees as a workaround!
