Saving Links for Marketing

Is there a way to save links and then you can choose those links when you are making marketing emails or sms?  For instance, the sign up for loyalty link, or the order now link?  It seems that have to copy and past each time for each link until I can memorize them.  But it would be nice when I choose a'button' if I could choose a toast made link or ones that I want to save myself or have pre saved links in the hyperlink to choose.

@MollyG There are two was to do this. 

1st in your Email Marketing Settings

2.

Go to the email you editing and select the section and click save

Then You should See it in your saved Layouts
