We have large groups of camp kids come in every weekday, and a majority of them pay with change (coins). This ends up holding up the lines because our cashiers have to count the change, let the kids know how much they have, and help them decide what they can get. I would like to set up a program where the camp kids can each have a card and their parents can add funds as they please. After doing some research, it looks like this may be possible if we use Toast gift cards.
What I am not sure about is how a customer goes about adding funds to their cards. I keep seeing ways for my staff to add funds, but it would be easier if parents can add funds online. Does anyone have any experience with this or something similar?
Thanks!

Hi @Dlange, Thanks for reaching out! I think this is a great idea to support the kids; I will have to find out more info to best answer this as I'm unsure if guests can load more money onto a Gift card like this.

Physical gift cards have a QR code on the back of them (toast gift cards purchased through eCard systems at least), if you scan them you will be brought to the balance page and there is an option to add value to the card there.
