I have noticed a glitch with scheduled deliveries submitted via order with google. a few instances a customer had placed a scheduled delivery. For example, customer requested 12:15 delivery, the ticket comes into our store with a due time of 12:15, instead of a delivery time of 12:15. which means the customer is not getting the order until closer to 12:45. we are integrated with TDS. maybe that is part of the issue? please escalate this to the relevant parties. Thank you.

i dont believe this is the intended function. when ordered directly on toast tab, and a customer requests delivery for 12:15, it will have an order ready due time of 11:45 or so. thats working fine. the issue is specifically with ordering on google. when a customer selects 12:15 as delivery time, the ticket comes into us with an order due time of 12:15, when it should really be 11:45. Do you understand what I mean?
