We are setting up toast kiosk in our cafeteria. What we found that during check out, guest has three options for receipt.
1. Email, 2. Text, 3. No Receipt.
#3. No receipt seems big issue if a customer chose that and complete their transaction. There is no way Restaurant knows about customer Check#. Customer also don't know their check#. This creates big issue and looking for options to disable No receipt . Toast tier1 support couldn't help as we were routed to their kitchen team and that did not help. Anybody has experience with this issue and how they overcome it? Appreciate your insight into this issue.

Hi there, I just tested it out. Marking an order ready through Orders Hub will also trigger the order ready text, which i think will definitely help your situation. I would also suggest posting a notice/note on or around the kiosk to inform your customers how they will get notified when their order is ready. Hope this helps.
